Pork and Shrimp Wonton Noodle Soup

The kitchen at Finback Brewery in Long Island City does not miss. These are good, chewy, appropriately thin noodles, and the wontons have a good texture with plentiful shrimp and pork mixed in. The shrimp is chunky, so you get that good bite, unlike some more finely minced variants. The broth is a bit funkier than I would personally prefer, but it pairs well with the strongly flavored beers and the size is more of a large snack than a full meal, so it works out well in the end. A worthwhile surprise at an affordable price from a good brewery. Nitpick: the spoon is too small.
