Spicy Rice Noodles with Sliced Beef

Ten Second in the LIC Food Hall serves Yunnan rice noodles. Today I got the soup. It's a very full bowl and came with a side (I chose crispy pork -- very good). The rice noodles are about standard for most "casual" rice noodle shops. I've had this similar sort of noodle many times before, and I don't think that's a bad thing. They're relatively soft, not chewy, and slurpable. The broth here is good. It's not very spicy, and it has a decent flavor. It comes PACKED with all kinds of things: tofu, corn, cabbage, mushrooms, etc. It is not a real destination noodle, like Yunnan Rice Noodle House, but it's a solid rice noodle spot in the area. The dry noodles are probably better, but I am a soup man most days of the week. The crispy pork was a good addition and dipping it in the broth was a good idea. Came with a drink -- I picked a Diet Coke.
